Periwell, kadınların döngüsel fiziksel, duygusal ve davranışsal değişimlerini daha iyi anlamalarını desteklemek amacıyla geliştirilmiş, kişisel farkındalık ve wellbeing odaklı dijital bir platformdur. Periwell, mevcut ve gelecekte sunulabilecek özellikleri kapsamında yapay zekâ teknolojilerinden yararlanabilir.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Periwell mobil uygulamasını kullanan tüm kullanıcılar için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak aşağıda belirtilen koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Periwell'in Amacı
Periwell; kişisel farkındalık oluşturmayı, wellbeing deneyimini desteklemeyi ve kullanıcıların kendi yaşam örüntülerini daha iyi anlamalarına yardımcı olmayı amaçlayan dijital bir platformdur.
3. Kullanıcı Hesabı
Periwell'i kullanabilmek için kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Kullanıcı;
- Doğru bilgi vermeyi,
- Hesap güvenliğini korumayı,
- Giriş bilgilerinin gizliliğinden sorumlu olduğunu kabul eder.
4. Kullanıcının Sorumlulukları
Kullanıcı;
- Uygulamayı hukuka uygun şekilde kullanacağını,
- Yanıltıcı bilgi paylaşmayacağını,
- Başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmeyeceğini,
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini bozacak girişimlerde bulunmayacağını kabul eder.
5. Mevcut ve Gelecekte Sunulabilecek Kişiselleştirilmiş Özellikler
Periwell, mevcut ve gelecekte sunulabilecek kişiselleştirilmiş özellikler kapsamında yapay zekâ teknolojilerinden yararlanabilir. Bu teknolojiler, kullanıcının gönüllü olarak paylaştığı bilgiler doğrultusunda kişisel farkındalığı destekleyen içgörüler sunmak amacıyla kullanılabilir.
Bu değerlendirmeler; tıbbi teşhis, klinik değerlendirme, psikolojik analiz veya tedavi önerisi niteliği taşımaz. Kullanıcı, sağlık durumuyla ilgili kararlarında mutlaka yetkili sağlık profesyonellerine başvurmalıdır.
6. Premium Hizmetler
Periwell'in bazı özellikleri gelecekte ücretli üyelik (Premium) kapsamında sunulabilir. Premium üyelik kapsamında sunulacak hizmetler, ücretlendirme politikası ve abonelik koşulları ayrıca kullanıcılarla paylaşılacaktır. Bu özelliklerin kullanımı tamamen kullanıcı tercihine bağlıdır.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Periwell uygulamasına ait yazılım, tasarım, logo, marka, görseller, içerikler, mevcut veya gelecekte sunulabilecek algoritmalar, yapay zekâ destekli özellikler ve dijital içerikler ilgili fikri mülkiyet mevzuatı kapsamında korunmaktadır. Kullanıcılar bu içerikleri izinsiz çoğaltamaz, ticari amaçla kullanamaz veya dağıtamaz.
8. Hizmette Değişiklik Yapılması
Periwell; uygulamayı geliştirmek amacıyla yeni özellikler ekleyebilir, mevcut özellikleri güncelleyebilir, bazı özellikleri kaldırabilir veya bakım çalışmaları nedeniyle hizmete geçici olarak ara verebilir. Bu değişiklikler kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmaktadır.
9. Hesabın Sonlandırılması
Kullanıcı dilediği zaman hesabını kapatabilir. Periwell; kullanım koşullarının ihlal edilmesi, kötüye kullanım, hukuka aykırı faaliyetler gibi durumlarda kullanıcı hesabını askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Periwell; kişisel farkındalık oluşturmayı destekleyen dijital bir platformdur. Uygulama üzerinden sunulan bilgiler; tek başına sağlık, psikolojik veya hukuki kararların alınması amacıyla kullanılmamalıdır. Kullanıcı, uygulama içerisindeki içerikleri profesyonel sağlık hizmetinin yerine kullanmamayı kabul eder.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde ilgili mahkemeler ve yetkili merciler esas alınacaktır. Uluslararası kullanıcılar bakımından ilgili ülke mevzuatının zorunlu hükümleri saklıdır.

Periwell may make use of artificial intelligence technologies within the scope of its current and future features.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Periwell mobile app. By using the app, you are deemed to have accepted the terms set out below.
2. Purpose of Periwell
Periwell is a digital platform that aims to build personal awareness, support the well-being experience, and help users better understand their own life patterns.
3. User Account
You may need to create a user account to use Periwell. The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate information,
- Maintain account security,
- Be responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to:
- Use the app in accordance with the law,
- Not share misleading information,
- Not violate the rights of others,
- Not attempt anything that would compromise the security of the app.
5. Current and Future Personalized Features
Periwell may make use of artificial intelligence technologies within the scope of current and future personalized features. These technologies may be used to provide insights that support personal awareness based on the information the user voluntarily shares.
These assessments do not constitute a medical diagnosis, clinical evaluation, psychological analysis, or treatment recommendation. For decisions regarding their health, the user must always consult authorized health professionals.
6. Premium Services
Some Periwell features may be offered in the future under a paid membership (Premium). The services, pricing policy, and subscription terms offered under Premium membership will be shared separately with users. The use of these features is entirely at the user’s discretion.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, design, logo, brand, visuals, content, and current or future algorithms, AI-supported features, and digital content belonging to the Periwell app are protected under applicable intellectual property legislation. Users may not reproduce, use for commercial purposes, or distribute this content without permission.
8. Changes to the Service
In order to improve the app, Periwell may add new features, update existing features, remove some features, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance. These changes are made to improve the user experience.
9. Termination of Account
The user may close their account at any time. Periwell reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in cases such as violation of the terms of use, misuse, or unlawful activities.
10. Limitation of Liability
Periwell is a digital platform that supports building personal awareness. Information provided through the app should not be used on its own to make health, psychological, or legal decisions. The user agrees not to use the content within the app as a substitute for professional healthcare services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Relevant courts and competent authorities shall have jurisdiction in the resolution of disputes. For international users, the mandatory provisions of the relevant country’s legislation are reserved.
