1. Giriş

Periwell, kullanıcıların kendilerini daha iyi anlamalarını desteklemek amacıyla tasarlanmış dijital bir wellbeing platformudur. Gizlilik, etik ilkeler ve kullanıcı güveni, Periwell ürün tasarımının temel unsurlarını oluşturur.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası; Periwell mobil uygulamasını kullanan kişilerin hangi verilerinin toplandığını, bu verilerin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini, nasıl korunduğunu ve kullanıcıların bu verilere ilişkin haklarını açıklamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

Periwell, kullanıcı gizliliğini temel bir değer olarak kabul eder ve kişisel verilerin işlenmesinde başta 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) olmak üzere ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası veri koruma ilkelerini gözetmeyi amaçlar.

Periwell; kadınların döngüsel fiziksel, duygusal ve davranışsal değişimlerini daha iyi anlamalarına yardımcı olmak amacıyla geliştirilmiş, kişisel farkındalık ve wellbeing odaklı dijital bir platformdur. Periwell, mevcut ve gelecekte sunulabilecek özellikleri kapsamında yapay zekâ teknolojilerinden yararlanabilir.

Periwell: Tıbbi tanı koymaz, tedavi önermez, doktor veya psikolog yerine geçmez. Platformun amacı, kullanıcıların gönüllü olarak paylaştıkları bilgiler doğrultusunda kişisel farkındalıklarını destekleyen içgörüler sunmaktır.

5. Yapay Zekâ Kullanımı

Periwell, mevcut ve gelecekte sunulabilecek kişiselleştirilmiş özellikler kapsamında yapay zekâ teknolojilerinden yararlanabilir. Bu teknolojiler, kullanıcının açık rızasıyla paylaştığı wellbeing verileri arasındaki örüntüleri analiz ederek kişisel farkındalığı destekleyen içgörüler oluşturmak amacıyla kullanılabilir.

Periwell'de kullanılabilecek yapay zekâ teknolojileri; tıbbi tanı koymaz, tedavi önermez, klinik karar vermez, doktor veya psikolog yerine geçmez.

Yapay zekâ destekli özellikler kullanıma sunulduğunda, bu teknolojilerin kapsamı ve çalışma prensipleri kullanıcılarla şeffaf bir şekilde paylaşılacaktır.

6. Verilerin Korunması

Periwell; kişisel verilerin gizliliğini ve güvenliğini korumak amacıyla uygun teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemlerini uygulamayı hedefler. Yetkisiz erişim, veri kaybı, değiştirme veya kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla gerekli güvenlik tedbirleri alınmaktadır.

The AI technologies that may be used in Periwell do not provide medical diagnoses, do not recommend treatment, do not make clinical decisions, and are not a substitute for a doctor or psychologist.

When AI-supported features become available, the scope and operating principles of these technologies will be shared transparently with users.
